Following on from the State Conference CoP focus groups, the research team has developed a survey with the aim of finding out more about members’ perceptions of benefits and barriers to using the online forum, and reasons for participating or not participating. Please read the Information Sheet before completing the survey - Information Sheet
Download the survey here - CoP Survey (If you have trouble accessing the survey please email info@otqld.org.au).
All completed surveys should be returned directly to Kellie Verrall (detailed instructions on the survey form).
All responses will be treated confidentially and all feedback to OT AUSTRALIA Qld from the research team will be anonymous. Participation in the survey will in no way influence your relationship with OT AUSTRALIA Qld or The University of Queensland.
We look forward to hearing your views on the CoP!
