Registrations must be accompanied by full payment if paid by the individual, or full employer details provided if employer funded - see stipulations below.
Employer Funded
Employer funded registrants must send a copy of their registration form to OT AUSTRALIA Qld and provide documentation of employers' intent to pay. If an employer requires a separate Tax Invoice this must be requested when the registration form is submitted. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment has been received, or a purchase order or written authority to pay is received from the registrant or registrants employer. It is the responsibility of the registrant to ensure that a registration form has been submitted to OT AUSTRALIA Qld before the closing date.
Cancellation/Refunds
If a seminar is cancelled, a full refund will be paid to each registrant. If a registrant cancels $30 or 10% of the registration fee (whichever is the higher) will be payable to cover administration costs.
No refund will be given if a registrant cancels within 5 days of commencement of seminar/workshop/conference. However if another registrant is available, a refund will be paid - less administration fee.
No refund will be given to registrants who have not cancelled, and do not attend the seminar.
OT AUSTRALIA Qld reserves the right to cancel the workshop if there are insufficient registrations. In this event, registrants will be fully refunded.
Workshop Confirmation
All registrants will be notified by e-mail to confirm a place, or to advise if their name has been placed on a waiting list for each seminar/workshop (after Registrations have closed). If you have not received this confirmation 7 days prior to the seminar please contact the office (info@otqld.org.au). If a seminar is cancelled all registrants will be notified either by phone or e-mail.
